This hotel was located conveniently near the city center and not far from a prominent dental school. the room was comfortable with great cleaning services. Maintained facilities added value to the experience. Customer service was excellent, and the staff was supportive.

The hotel was absolutely great with a huge variety of absolutely perfect rooms. I booked a room with a great bed, a safe, TV set, and a mini bar fridge. - the staff were affable and excellent as I expected.

I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the excellent staff who were both cheerful and professional. They provided me with great recommendations for nearby restaurants, and even arranged a taxi for me with just a quick phone call. The room itself was extremely clean and comfortable, with everything maintained to a high standard. The bed was a good size and I had a peaceful night's sleep. What impressed me the most was the honesty of the staff. When I accidentally dropped an expensive gift, they went out of their way to inform me about it. the service, cleanliness, and attention to detail at this hotel were outstanding.

Had an amazing Christmas experience here! the hotel's complementary breakfast was delicious and they even had Christmas-themed treats. the staff was very attentive and always wished us happy holidays. the location was perfect, right in the heart of shopping and restaurants. Our room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable, we slept like babies!

The walls were pretty thin and we could hear some noise from the neighboring rooms. we understand that this is an older building and noise insulation is not always perfect.

We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, as every corner looked immaculate. The breakfast had a lot of options of really high quality, especially the fresh fruits. Additionally, the staff was extremely polite and professional, providing great tips for transportation and dining options in the city center.
